Romain, 35, father of two young daughters, I draw from this balance between personal life and professional excellence the energy that shapes my everyday work.

After studying negotiation and client relations, followed by a Master’s degree in business management, I felt the need to broaden my horizons. A gap year in Australia quickly became an obvious choice, driven by a desire to explore, to learn differently, and to open myself to new cultures and ways of working.

Upon returning to France, I continued my career in Paris, where I worked for several years as a real estate advisor before moving into my first agency director roles. This formative experience instilled in me the standards of excellence, rigor, and sense of service required to support a demanding clientele.

Motivated by the ambition to combine professional growth with quality of life, Marseille naturally emerged as the next step, offering a unique setting defined by the sea, light, and Mediterranean energy.

Today, within BARNES, I support my clients with the same commitment and high standards, drawing on a career shaped by international openness and strong local roots, in the service of real estate projects conducted with precision, discretion, and dedication.
