Cassis

Famous sea resort nestled between the impressive Cap Canaille and its huge coves majestically following the sea up to Marseille, Cassis seduces by the beauty of its natural landscapes, its picturesque port, its historical center, its 13th century castle and the treasures of its region.

The port and the historical center offer charming apartments coveted by buyers who prefer the immediate proximity of the beach, the quays lined with cafés, the picturesque Provencal markets and to stroll around its narrow cobbled streets.

The peninsula seduces by its exclusive houses feet in the water or close to the sea and leads to the famous tracks of the coves.

On the other hand, under the Cap Canaille, the paths of Saint-Joseph and the Revestel, between ridge road and Plage de l'Arène, host beautiful family properties offering a breathtaking sea panorama.

The hills of Cassis are moslty consisting of smaller family residences offering a view over the sea or the vines. The many vineyards, classified AOC, treasures of the terroir of Cassis, are mostly situated around the Janots district where you can find beautiful bastides and big country properties as well as on the slopes of the hills heading down to the sea.

Cassis, famous worldwide for its fishing port, its coves and its vineyards, is highly demanded by selective Parisian and foreign buyers. It is called “the small Saint-Tropez”.
